Join us at the library for relaxing yoga at 5:30 pm on Thursdays. Bonnie Russell is a certified yoga instructor and teacher with a Masters Degree in Education. She has led mind/body classes in the Western Sussex County area for more than 15 years. As a therapeutic practitioner, she guides people of all ages in cultivating balance, flexibility, range of motion, and alignment. Through the use of mindful breathing techniques, gentle physical postures and meditation, novice or seasoned yogis will discover stress release, peace of mind, vitality, and emotional fortitude. Please permit her to guide you in your yoga journey... This class is free and registration is not required.
