A class for children and caregivers to enjoy music and movement together! Incorporating singing, dancing and instruments to share the joy of music. *Parent/Caregiver must accompany child for entire class. 

Start your day with Moving Meditation, a calming exercise class that combines Shibashi, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. Engage in deep breathing and gentle movements, allowing these practices to guide your body and mind.
