A class for children and caregivers to enjoy music and movement together! Incorporating singing, dancing and instruments to share the joy of music. *Parent/Caregiver must accompany child for entire class. 

Moving Meditation is a gentle exercise class that incorporates Shibashi, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. Start your day off with deep breathing and gentle movements to meditate on the day ahead.

Join us for a teen crafting class, led by Jenell Willey! On October 6th, we will be making Donut Keychains. The class is free, but registration is required. Registration will open two weeks prior to event.
