First and foremost, Science Guys is a family company!
Siena Trehy and Matt Simms started the Science Guys of Baltimore in August 2016. Siena and Matt met in Nashville, TN working for her father, Keith Trehy, who started the Science Guys of Nashville 20 years before. Siena grew up in the world of Science Guys, and Matt has been in the family business for eight years! Three years after Siena moved to Baltimore to go to college at Goucher college, Matt came to begin their new adventure, starting the Baltimore branch! 5 years later, The Science Guys includes Matt and Siena at the helm, with an amazing team of Science Guys whom you will see doing experiments all over town! Now the Science Guys of Baltimore offers exciting and accessible children’s science programming year-round, including summer camps, birthday parties, after-school clubs, in-school workshops & assemblies, and special event shows throughout the Maryland and DC area.
